• Daily rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast.

• Additional person @ $25.00
• All rates are plus State & Local Taxes
• We accept Cash, Travelers checks, Master Card and Visa
• All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 processing fee
• All Cancellations must be made by phone
• Check in time: 3p.m. (unless cottage is available earlier)
• Check out time: 11 a.m.
• Late cancellations keep us from accommodating other guests. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel (7) days prior to your reservation. If less than (7) days notice is given, we will refund only if we are able to rebook the cottage
